Our Terms of Service outline the guidelines and expectations for using our vehicle detailing services. By booking with Adrian’s Auto Detailing, you agree to the terms outlined below, covering topics such as payment, cancellations, customer responsibilities, and our satisfaction guarantee. 1. Services Provided

We offer professional vehicle detailing services, including interior cleaning, exterior wash, ceramic coatings, and custom detailing packages. All services are performed based on the package selected by the customer at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Booking: Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. Please provide accurate details about your vehicle to avoid any issues during service.

  • Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. A deposit may be required for certain high-value services (e.g., ceramic coatings).

  • Overtime Charges: If a detailing job takes longer than the estimated time, we charge an additional $30 per hour.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee of 20% of the service cost.

  • Rainy Days: We close on rainy days, and we will notify you to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Condition: Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before the appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle during service.

  • Access: Ensure we have access to your vehicle at the agreed-upon time and location. If we are unable to access the vehicle, you may be charged a call-out fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for complete satisfaction with our services. If you’re not happy with the result, let us know within 24 hours, and we will address any concerns at no additional cost.

6. Damage Liability

We take great care with your vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by poor vehicle condition (e.g., rust, worn materials). We will inspect the vehicle and document any existing issues before starting work.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for service-related purposes (e.g., contacting you for appointments or promotions if you opt-in). We will not share your information with third parties.

8. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update our services or these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website, and it’s your responsibility to review the terms before booking a service.
